Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you get the exact product you want faster and avoids delays.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging your order, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately:
