At petsbundle.shop, we want you and your furry friend to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your pet accessories, we offer a straightforward return policy within 30 days of your order delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  • Contact Us: Send an email to our customer support team at support@petsbundle.shop within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide Information: In your email, please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Photos may be requested for damaged or defective items.
  • Await Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed, including the return shipping address.
  • Package Your Item: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are intact.
  • Ship It Back: Send the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

Return Conditions

For a successful return, please ensure the following:

  • Timeframe: The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Item Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in their original packaging with all original tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or proof of purchase from petsbundle.shop is required.
  • Packaging: Items must be returned with all original packaging, including boxes, bags, and protective materials.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item received is incorrect or defective. Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm its arrival and the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Method of Refund: The refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Bank Processing: Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the unwanted item following the “How to Start a Return” process, and then place a new order for the desired item on petsbundle.shop. This ensures you get the exact product you want without delay.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned due to their nature or for hygiene reasons:

  • Personalized or Custom Items: Products that have been customized or personalized specifically for you or your pet.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Clearance or Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Health & Hygiene Products: For the safety and health of all pets, certain hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., opened grooming tools, used beds, opened food/treats, opened chew toys) cannot be returned once opened or used.
  • Items without Original Packaging/Tags: Products returned without their original packaging or with missing tags.
