At petsbundle.shop, we are committed to providing you and your furry friends with the best pet accessories and a smooth shopping experience. This includes clear and efficient shipping. We aim to process and ship your orders quickly so your pets can enjoy their new items as soon as possible.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Processing time is the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment, not the delivery time.

Domestic Shipping Options & Rates (USA)

We offer the following shipping options within the contiguous United States:

  • Standard Shipping:

– Estimated Delivery: 5-8 business days after processing.

– Cost: Flat rate of $6.99.

FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $50!

  • Expedited Shipping:

– Estimated Delivery: 2-4 business days after processing.

– Cost: Flat rate of $12.99.

We primarily ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS. The carrier chosen depends on the package size, weight, and delivery destination to ensure the most efficient service.

International Shipping

petsbundle.shop is happy to offer international shipping to select countries.

  • Available Countries: Please check at checkout if your country is available for shipping.
  • Shipping Costs: International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination country.
  • Estimated Delivery: International orders typically arrive within 10-20 business days after processing, but can vary significantly due to customs procedures and local postal services.
  • Customs Duties & Taxes: Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
  • You can track the status of your package by clicking the link in the email or by visiting the “Track Your Order” page on our website and entering your tracking number.
  • Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Delivery Delays

While we strive for timely deliveries, petsbundle.shop is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, unforeseen weather conditions, natural disasters, high volume periods (e.g., holidays), or customs procedures for international orders. If you experience a significant delay, please first check your tracking information and then contact the respective shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package is lost in transit or hasn’t updated for an extended period (e.g., 7-10 business days past expected delivery for domestic orders), please contact us at support@petsbundle.shop. We will assist you in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier. Please allow time for the carrier to complete their investigation.
  • Stolen Packages (Delivered but Not Received): If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend the following steps:

1. Check around your property, with neighbors, or with your building’s mailroom/front desk.

2. Wait 24-48 hours, as sometimes packages are marked delivered prematurely.

3. Contact the shipping carrier directly to inquire about the delivery.

4. If after these steps you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at support@petsbundle.shop within 7 days of the “delivered” date. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Please understand that petsbundle.shop is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but are subsequently stolen. Replacement or refund for stolen packages will be handled on a case-by-case basis after the carrier investigation is complete.
